Today Was Caravan Day
I was elated by the amount of agents that walked through this beautiful Saint Street cottage today. 36 to be exact.....I showed this house to 36 agents in 3 hours. We had such a great time that it almost didn't feel like work!
The agent's feedback about this home was pretty much unanimous....Everyone loved this house so much. I am not even joking when I say that everyone who walked through the door wanted to sell their home and move into this one.
I am truly thankful for everyone who participated and to all who were so willing to help. Huge thanks to all the agents who took time out their very busy day to make it such a success.. We will be drawing the winning agent soon and will be letting them know that they are $250 richer.
Since Agent Caravans are generally not open to the public most of you who aren't agents don't really have a reference of what one is. Agent Caravans are held by listing agents for other agents to walk thru the homes and preview them for their buyers. In Lafayette Parish caravans are held every Wednesday anytime between 11am-2pm. Caravans are area specific so a listing can only participate in the caravan the week that's scheduled for their area. Lunch is usually catered along with sweet desserts. Progressive cash drawings are always a good way to bring agents in. Tons of marketing goes into holding this event, not only from us here at Hub City Property Group but from the sponsoring title companies and lenders. This is a great way to show off the listed home and to generate buyers through the efforts of the marketing for the caravan. Below is a great example of some of the caravans that we have done lately.
